An Alachua County native with an eye for entrepreneurship and a degree in Digital Media Technology, Justin Short was destined to start a production company. To ensure that the business runs smoothly, Justin focuses his efforts on industry development and client relations.

Marketing & Account Manager

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Bailey Davis moved to Gainesville to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Resource Economics. Bailey understands the need to make the most out of a marketing investment. As the Marketing and Account Manager, Bailey helps establish client relations and facilitate communication during the whole production process.

Project Manager

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Lily relocated to Gainesville, Florida to pursue her Bachelors in Multimedia and Video Production at Santa Fe College. Lily understands the importance of creative thinking and attention to detail. As a Project Manager, Lily oversees client projects from idea development to post-production.

Director of Photography

A fellow Florida Local, Moss Chasteen was born and raised in Lake City, Florida. Moss is a videographer for Short Media Group while pursuing his Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia. He is most passionate about the creative process that goes into each project. An “out of the box” mindset allows him to solve any problem from a creative, alternative angle.

Lead Editor

Jacksonville native James Smallwood has degrees in both Music and Digital Media Technology. A self-proclaimed life-long learner, James understands the importance of keeping his technical and creatives skills current. As the primary video editor, James enjoys turning the captured footage into the finished customer product!

Videographer

Gainesville native, Luke Humphlett, has a passion for storytelling and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Video Production Technology. As a Videographer, Luke is tasked with capturing our client visions while working along side the rest of our production crew.

Dog-Rector of Operations

Gainesville native, Winston, has a passion for scratches and overseeing everyone in the office. Winston understands the Short Media Group Process like the back of his paw. As Dog-rector of Operations, Winston oversees daily operations and helps make the long days a little less ruff.
